Billing questions
How is a shipment counted?
A shipment is counted once, when you add it, then tracked all the way to arrival. Re-checking, sharing and alerts on a shipment you already added are free.
What happens if I go over my plan?
We notify you as you approach the limit. We never stop tracking a shipment that is already in progress — nothing goes dark mid-voyage.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, at any time. Changes are prorated to the day.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. You only enter payment details when you choose a paid plan.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
